To request a mediation, please fill out the form below. At a minimum we need your name and a means of contacting you. Additional information is helpful but not necessary.

Please note that the Baltimore Mediation Center is:

For those interested in our parenting-plan mediations: we regret that, due to the high volume of such requests the center has received, we currently cannot accept any new parenting-plan mediations. If you have already requested a parenting plan, your name has been added to a waiting list and the center will be in touch with you further information.
