Getting to Mediation

  1. Contact community mediation staff by using the form below or calling 410-467-9165. You can call yourself or the sitaution may be referred through one of our many partners.
  2. Commmunity Mediation staff contact all participants to arrange for mediation.
  3. An agreeable time, date, and location are set for both participants. Mediation can take place at any time – weekdays, evenings, and weekends in over 100 locations throughout the city.
  4. The actual mediation takes approximately 2 hours. Additional sessions can be scheduled as necessary.
  5. Long-term resolutions are developed in mediation. These resolutions can be put into a written agreement if the participants choose.
